How PegaHub collects, uses and protects the information you share with us on pegahub.in. Last updated: 25 September 2026.

1. Who we are

PegaHub ("PegaHub", "we", "us") is a Pega training institute located at 1055, Kumar Basti, Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500018, India. We run the website www.pegahub.in.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using this website, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a free demo, send an enquiry or use our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • The course you are interested in, and any message you write to us

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and our analytics tools record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at our site. This does not tell us who you are by name.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as bank details, card numbers or government ID numbers through our website forms.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you give us only to:

  • Call, WhatsApp or email you about the course you enquired about, demo dates and batch timings
  • Send you a confirmation that we received your enquiry
  • Enrol you in a batch and share class details, recordings and study material if you join
  • Provide placement support, such as resume help and interview preparation, if you are our student
  • Improve our website and understand which pages are useful to students

We will not send you unrelated marketing, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed to run our services:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as our website hosting and email provider, and Google (for analytics and maps). They process data on our behalf.
  • Hiring companies, only if you are our student and you ask us to share your resume for a job opening.
  • Authorities, if we are required to by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited most. These tools use cookies, which are small files stored in your browser.

Our contact and footer sections include an embedded Google Map, and our WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. These services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work, although some features such as the map may not load.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up about your course, and student records for as long as needed to provide training and placement support. When information is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your details earlier (see below).

7. Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Stop receiving calls, WhatsApp messages or emails from us

We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8. How we protect it

Our website uses HTTPS, and we limit access to enquiry details to the PegaHub team members who need them to contact you. No website or email system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

10. Using this website

All content on pegahub.in, including text, images and course descriptions, belongs to PegaHub. You may read and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission. Pega is a trademark of Pegasystems Inc. PegaHub is an independent training institute.

We try to keep course details, fees and batch timings on this website accurate and up to date, but they may change. Please confirm the latest details with us before joining. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Please check this page occasionally.
