What is Pega, and why learn it?
Pega is a low-code platform for case management and workflow automation. Banks use it for loan approvals, insurers for claims, hospitals for patient requests and telecom companies for customer service. How long does the Pega Developer course take?
The course runs for 3 months, Monday to Friday. This covers the full syllabus, hands-on projects and certification preparation. We don't rush through topics: if the batch needs more time on a concept, Lakshmi makes sure everyone is on the same page before moving ahead.
What are the batch timings?
We have two batches: a morning batch that ends before 10 AM and an evening batch that starts after 8:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Both are designed for working professionals and freshers, and recordings are shared after each session so you never miss anything.
Will I actually get a job after this course?
This is the most common question we get, and we understand why. We can't guarantee a job on a specific date. What we do commit to is resume preparation, interview preparation and sharing Pega openings after course completion. How quickly you get placed depends on how many interviews you attend and how prepared you are, and we make sure the preparation part is solid on our end.
What salary can I expect as a fresher Pega developer?
Freshers with Pega certification typically start at around ₹5 to 6 LPA, depending on the company. With 2 to 3 years of experience and CSSA, salaries grow significantly. Pega is a niche skill, and there aren't many well-trained Pega developers in the market.
Is online training available?
Yes, we offer live online Pega training on GoTo Meeting. It is a live, interactive session, not pre-recorded videos. You can ask questions during class and share your screen for doubt clearing, and recordings of every session are shared so you can revise anytime.
Do I need coding experience to join?
Not necessarily. Basic awareness of Java or OOP concepts helps, but we start from the fundamentals. Freshers from BE, BTech, MCA and BSc backgrounds join directly and do well. If you are completely new to programming, spend 2 to 3 weeks on Java basics first. Lakshmi can guide you on this during your free demo class.
Do you teach Pega Constellation?
Yes. Pega Constellation is the modern UI that new Pega applications are built on, and it has its own module in the course: views, forms, the DX API and theming. We also cover the traditional section-based UI, because many existing projects still use it.
Will I get course material and notes?
Yes. Course material, notes and session recordings are shared after every class, along with practice exercises and project files to work on between sessions.
